THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE ONLINE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED AND ILLUSTRATED ON THE WEBSITE WWW.FIAJEWELS.IT BY FIA JEWELS.

We provide accurate and detailed descriptions for each product available on our site, including the building materials, dimensions and other characteristics. As these are handcrafted products, the images are purely indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

ATTENTION!
Since we are not gemologists, the only profession legally authorized to issue guarantee certificates, we cannot provide them. However, each piece of jewelry comes with a card detailing the specifications and materials used, under our sole responsibility.

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Any promotional code can be entered before making payment.

ATTENTION: the welcome discount on the first purchase can be used only once for each customer.
Orders placed with a discount code from accounts belonging to customers who have already used it previously will not be accepted.

 

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, Postepay top-ups, and PayPal.

Bank transfers are accepted only via WhatsApp, and the item remains available to everyone until payment is received.

Please ensure you provide accurate and valid information during the payment process. All transactions are protected and encrypted to ensure the safety of your financial information.

In case we miss your payment, we will not be able to process the order, consequently delaying the delivery date.

Product processing times are generally 24-48 hours. We deliver worldwide. All shipments are made via SDA or GLS traceable mail service for Italy and Poste Italiane for the rest of the world.

IT'S IMPORTANT Do not accept the package if it appears tampered with, or collect it. with reservation.
Claims will not be accepted for tampered packages that have been collected without reservation.

We accept returns for undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. The returned product must be in the same condition as received, complete with the original packaging.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund process will begin, covering only the cost of the jewelry item. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded, even if shipping is free. In this case, a €7 fee will be retained.

If payment was made via PayPal and a return is requested, the refund will be made net of any fees retained by PayPal, as these amounts are not refunded to us by the institution.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the incorrect product was sent.

If the product received has defects, the buyer is required to report it within 24 hours of delivery, by writing to info@fiajewels.it. After this deadline, complaints or requests for replacement/return will not be considered.

Return shipments must be made strictly according to the instructions and courier we will communicate to you. Shipping costs will be refunded exclusively using the method requested by us. Any shipments made using a different method will not be refunded.

Customized jewelry, created to order, present in the "offers" category or purchased during a promotion, cannot be returned or exchanged.
