THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE ONLINE SALE OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED AND ILLUSTRATED ON THE WEBSITE WWW.FIAJEWELS.IT BY FIA JEWELS.

We provide accurate and detailed descriptions for each product available on our site, including the building materials, dimensions and other characteristics. As these are handcrafted products, the images are purely indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Any promotional code can be entered before making payment.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Make sure you provide correct and valid information during the payment process. Every transaction is secured and encrypted to ensure the security of your financial information.

 

In case we miss your payment, we will not be able to process the order, consequently delaying the delivery date.

Product processing times are generally 24/48 hours. We deliver all over the world. All shipments are made via Poste Italiane's traceable mail service.

We accept returns for undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged before delivery or an incorrect product was sent. In the event of a product damaged before delivery or defective, the return will be accepted only if notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. After this deadline, complaints and returns will not be accepted. Contact us via the email address provided to request a return.
