I costi di spedizione per il reso saranno a carico del cliente, a meno che  sia stato inviato un prodotto errato.

In caso di prodotto difettoso, si accetta il reso solo se la segnalazione ci viene fatta entro 24 ore dal ricevimento all’email: info@fiajewels.it. Trascorso tale termine non verranno accettati reclami e resi.
