PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

We provide accurate and detailed descriptions for each product available on our site, including the building materials, dimensions and other characteristics. As these are handcrafted products, the images are purely indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

ATTENTION!
Since we are not gemologists, the only profession legally authorized to issue guarantee certificates, we cannot provide them. However, each piece of jewelry comes with a card detailing the specifications and materials used, under our sole responsibility.

PRICES

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Any promotional code can be entered before making payment.

PAYMENTS

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, Postepay top-ups, and PayPal.

Bank transfers are accepted only via WhatsApp, and the item remains available to everyone until payment is received.

Please ensure you provide accurate and valid information during the payment process. All transactions are protected and encrypted to ensure the safety of your financial information.

In case we miss your payment, we will not be able to process the order, consequently delaying the delivery date.

DELIVERY

Product processing times are generally 24/48 hours. We deliver all over the world. All shipments are made via Poste Italiane's traceable mail service.

Return policies

We accept returns for undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. The returned product must be in the same condition as received, complete with original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the incorrect product was sent.

In the event of a defective product, returns will only be accepted if reported within 24 hours of receipt at info@fiajewels.it. No complaints or returns will be accepted after this time.

Customized jewelry, created to order, present in the "offers" category or purchased during a promotion, cannot be returned or exchanged.
