2-row necklace of 12mm red coral paste pearls and a large precious genuine cameo measuring 7 x 5.4cm, in a yellow gold plated 925 silver setting with leaf detail.
It does not have any closure as it is very long.
The two threads are 72 and 88 cm long and weigh 280 grams.
