Cameo necklace on sardonic shell. The cameo (measuring 7.5 x 6 cm) is handmade in Torre del Greco and depicts a lady's face, framed by micropearls. Still white and bright natural pearls are present in the chain and in the clusters at the base of the cameo.
It is 58 cm long, extendable slightly with a chain + the pendant which measures 10 x 6 cm in total.
Gilt silver clasp and finishes.
