Natural stone cameo necklace with brass rosary

Handcrafted necklace, with cameo pendant hand-engraved by the master goldsmiths of Torre del Greco with the face of a lady, measuring 6 x 5 cm, large baroque pearl with natural teardrop and choker made of pearls and natural semiprecious stones (pearls, citrine quartz, frenite, chalcedony, crystals) with rosary workmanship, also called “goldsmith's knot” in brass.
The closure is a lobster clasp.
It is 52 cm long + the pendant measures 9 x 5 cm.
