Made with 2 rows of 12mm turquoise paste beads. The large and authentic cameo measures 6.4 x 4.7 cm and is hand-engraved on sardonyx shell by famous craftsmen from Torre del Greco, mounted on gold-plated silver.
Being very long it does not need closure.
The two threads are 70 and 74 cm long and weigh 300 grams.
